The fall season has officially started, and we cannot be more excited! Fall is such a beautiful time in New Mexico. It’s chili roasting season! A great way to stay warm is with Green Chili Stew. If it's still too warm for stew, green chili can basically go with any meal. Enjoy it while it's fresh! 

This time of year, we also have the State Fair and come October the Balloon Fiesta! Both of these events are a great way to have fun with family and friends. 

Of course, let us not forget the amazing change of colors in the mountains, which is an amazing sight to see while hiking during this time of year. 

You can never go wrong with your favorite warm drink this time of year. Actually, National Coffee Day is coming up and we love to support our local coffeehouses. We highly suggest checking out New Mexico Pinon Coffee shop that is just down the street. Once you’ve enjoyed a yummy treat, come on in for your visit to get your teeth cleaned and whitened!
